We are a privately owned corporation that provides consultation and 3rd party verification services to builders seeking Energy Star, Earthcraft Virginia, or Passive House certification.

We also provide blower door, duct test and ventilation test services for builders.

We do not offer services to the general public. 

Our services allow builders to determine the most cost effective way of achieving energy saving goals. We also provide independant verification that the builder has achieved his goals for certification.
